A new aerodynamic kit was announced today by Novitec Rosso for Ferrari 458 Spider car. The car has got a complete makeover which includes a new suspension, the all new aerodynamic kit, cosmetic upgrades and new power.
Ferrari 458 Spider now has a completely new with the carbon fiber parts, exterior mirrors, ventilation grille, and front spoiler having side flaps, a side skirt, air scoop wings, rear spoiler lip and a diffuser. The new auxiliary LED brake lights, blacked out tail lights and the side markers also contribute in giving a new extravagant look to the Ferrari 458 Spider.

However the engine update is yet at its first stage. The 4.5 liter V8 engine of Ferrari 458 Spider is fitted with a modified air routing with the help of a carbon-fiber air box. A new exhaust system is also fitted in the modified system of the car. This new exhaust system is custom designed by Novitec Rosso under the standard trademark of Inconel.
The new exhaust system features a rear muffler and a sport catalyst. This special exhaust system results in 21 KG of weight reduction and an extra 39hp which makes the Ferrari 458 Spider yet more powerful.
The top speed noticed of Ferrari 458 Spider is 325km/h and the peak torque produced is measured as 569 Nm at 5,400 rpm, it otherwise produced 609hm at 9,100 rpm. The engine is now covered with a new carbon fiber engine cover.
Programming and Wheels
The Ferrari Spider is also programmed with custom mapping and new programming for injection and ignition. The new hydraulic suspension system in the Spider means that the car front could be raised to 40 mm by touching a single button. The original ride height is reverted back when the speed exceeds 80km/h. Company has reduced the ride height to improve the handling. The wheels of the new modified Ferrari 458 Spider weigh just 13.5 Kgs for rear wheel and 9.9 Kgs for the front wheel.
Interiors of Ferrari 458 Spider
The interiors of Ferrari 458 Spider are also modified. New bezels are added above the speedometer. Some more carbon fiber elements are added such as the climate sensor center console and longer shift paddles. The interiors are tailored according to the customer’s personal preferred specifications.
